When and if God ever speaks to a person, that person is never the same. He may become better than he was or he may become worse, but he cannot be the same. That is the way it is with God’s voice. He creates when He speaks. And when he speaks to you, your course is forever altered. If you listen to His voice and follow it, your course is altered for the better. But if you resist His word and continue in your own ways, your course is altered for the worse. You can choose to obey or disobey, but you have no control over the results of your choice. That is God’s part.
