The day after a lively holy Ghost filled prayer meeting some years ago, a certain woman who had been a visitor at a prayer meeting the previous week called Brother Jimmy to complain about what she had seen and heard there.
“All I heard the whole meeting was speaking in tongues!” she declared indignantly. “And Paul said that speaking in tongues is a sign to unbelievers!”
Jimmy replied, “Well, do you have the holy Ghost baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues?”
“No.”
“Well, lady,” Jimmy said, “You ought to rejoice. Last night, God had a whole prayer meeting just for you!”

Jesus said he would give us who loved him a wisdom that men “would not be able to gainsay.” This is an example of it.
